   hi cocoon & welcome, i'm glad you've found us and we can all now go slap you're Jonsi-abusive 'friends'! :P

   I have not get had the chance to wear feathers to college :( but i MUST sometime soon...i like to spend as long as possible in bed in the mornings! Gonna have to rant to everyone about Jonsi today for sure...we're going to a gallery...i'm currently sitting in a park in the morning sunshine among lots of birds and...traffic fumes :/

   And i'm trying to break it to my mum gently that i want to be vegan...i know what she'll say though 'it's because of that Jonsi guy, isnt it? You shouldnt do everything he says you know.' :@

   I tried to get tickets to the gig in London on the 26th nov...but there 'weren't any availabe' which SUCKS!

   OK, long post...off to my gallery now :P

    This is probably not the right place to announce it, but hey.
    I just ate two of the most amazing bread rolls ever. And they were vegan. I have never actually attempted to be vegan before, it's always been "oh meat is awesome". But... damn, I've changed. Oh yeah, the two bread rolls, they had on them... tomato, baby spinach, lettuce. That's it.

    SO SO AWESOME.
    Very close to telling mum the Big One.

    i consider them pretty much famous already, at least moreso than the other music i listen to...but it seems immpossible to be super-famous because they're just not what everyone likes.

    I'm excited for tomorow now, we're having a masquerade ball, which involves masks, which i can make as a feather head-dress, and food, which can be raw vegan goodies and i get to impose this all on other people! Muhaha! *plots*

    Sigur Ros/Jonsi is very high calorie music, and if they went super mainstream and their music was everywhere I think I'd get overloaded too fast and too soon.
    That's why I love them - they have a big fanbase, but it's modest, nothing obscenely large. It makes it so their music is still genuine and not all caught up in the media and all over the TV and everyone is talking about them and etcetcetc...
    Not to speak for them, but I think Jonsi and co. like it that way too - they don't seem like the rockstar showbiz type.
